Process of Manifestation
Question: How many of you had to think this morning
“Now, shall I put some clothes on before I go out?”
Of course not! The reason is subconscious programming.
Some of our subconscious thinking is on a cellular level. Take breathing for example
we do it automatically, without thinking, which is probably just as well. If we had to
spend all day thinking about breathing, we wouldn’t have time to think about anything
else! We certainly would not get any sleep at night!
However, most of our subconscious thinking is due to conditioning, circumstances
and conditions. It is what we have been programmed to think.
Process of Manifestation
T.F.A.R. Thoughts-Feelings-Actions-Results
We go to our own unique “files of information” in our own filing cabinet-our mind.
Therefore
P.T.F.A.R. Programming-Thoughts-Feelings-Actions-Results
Think of a limiting belief you have about yourself
Verbal Programming-What did you hear when you were young?
Modelling- What did you see when you were young?
Specific Incidents- What did you experience when you were young?
When the sub conscious mind must choose between deeply rooted emotions and logic-emotions always win.
To overcome a limiting belief we just have to change the programming
Verbal Programming
First element of change-Awareness
Write down all the statements you heard in relation to this belief
Second element of change-Understanding
Write down how you believe these statements have affected your life so far
Third element of change-Disassociation
Can you see and understand these thoughts are what you learned
and are not who you are? Can you see and understand you have a choice in the
present moment to be different?
Repeat for modelling (what did you see)
and specific incidents (incident relating to limiting belief)
Fourth element of change- Reconditioning
From now, choose new thoughts, empowering thoughts. Watch yourself, become
conscious, observe your thoughts, fears, beliefs, habits, actions and inactions.
Useful Statement
“Up until now I have found it a challenge to” (fill in the blank)
For most part, past conditioning and old habits rule us. Consciousness is observing
your thoughts and actions, so that you can live from true choice in the present
moment, rather than being run by programming from the past.
By achieving consciousness, we can live from who we are today, rather than who we
were yesterday.
Once you are conscious you can see and understand the programming for what it is:-
A recording of information received and believed in the past.
Conditioning is not who you are, it is who you learned to be.
You are NOT the recording- you are the recorder.
Realise your thoughts and beliefs are NOT who you are. However much of a hold
they have, they have no more importance and meaning than you give them.
Nothing has meaning except for the meaning you give it.
If you really want to be a great success-don’t believe a word you say!
Don’t believe a word you think!
If you are going to believe something, then adopt beliefs that support you.
Remember:-
Thoughts lead to Feelings which lead to Actions which lead to Results.
Observe your thoughts. Entertain only those that empower you.
Break through the Terror Barrier
Be creative not competitive.
Step forward into growth not back into safety.
It takes courage to step forward, sometimes needs just one more step.
Start thinking from a creative plane.
Anything is possible!
