I’m Sorry, Please Forgive Me, Thank You, I Love You.
These words are the most incredible way to feel peace, clear limiting beliefs and let go of resistance.
You don’t have to say them to anybody in particular, you just say them to “Out There” whatever that is for you.
In Joe’s book Zero Limits, you can read how a therapist cured mentally ill and dangerous criminals, without even seeing them, using those words.
It is a brilliant book from a brilliant man.
