About Adopt Coaching
At the heart of Adopt Coaching is my wish for all of you to understand you have a unique mission and destiny in life. Your reason for being here. Your contribution to this generation and the next. To succeed in playing big, it is vital you adopt new beliefs, adopt new thoughts, adopt creative ideas, adopt new actions that are empowering and supportive to you in achieving your unique purpose. You have to adopt a new way and a new you. To do this, you must be willing to do whatever it takes to succeed in playing big. You must start to take responsibility for the results in your life and know you are where you are because of you. Admit to yourself you could do more, because you are capable of more. Much more. Everybody is born with natural gifts and talents, it is your duty to share those talents with the world and add value to the lives of others.
To quote Neale Donald Walsch “Life begins at the end of your comfort zone.” You must be prepared to get uncomfortable, as that is when you are ready to change and when you are uncomfortable you are growing. You must face and confront your fears, your limiting beliefs, have the courage to take action and overcome whatever is holding you back so you live to your true potential. You know, inside you are so much more than you are now, that you are capable of being and doing more than you are now. As your coach I will be tough on you. (No tea and sympathy here!) I will make you uncomfortable; I will be confrontational and challenge you. Can you handle that? If the answer is yes and you decide you are willing and able to make the changes you know will make a difference in your life, I will commit 100% to you and support and guide you through adopting those changes.

Adopt Coaching is about the true Spirit of Giving and Receiving. Both are of equal value and importance. Two sides of the same coin. You have to give to receive. For those changes to happen you need to give 100% commitment to receive the results you want in your life.
